PART 1

Wake Up & Sweat – 9.15am – 11.30am

9.15am – 9.30am: Welcome from NEOM Founder Nicola.

9.30am – 10am: “Reps and Rave” energetic work out with the badass fitness instructor Yasmin Garcia with a live DJ set from the Collyer Twins – prepare to get sweaty!

10.15am – 11am: Restorative Pilates with breathing & stretching expert Nathalie Clough – stretch, relax and feel the chilled vibes.

11am – 11.30am: Post-workout smoothie with chartered psychologist and nutrition expert, Kimberley Wilson – giving you the power to FEEL GOOD!

PART 2

Nourish & Inspire – 12.30pm – 3.30pm

12.30pm – 1.30pm: Feel Good Lunch with Melissa Hemsley – she’ll be showing you how to make yourself a delicious AND nutritious lunch. Join in and cook-along, or watch for inspo!

1.45pm – 2.30pm: Feel Good Positivity Panel – a good old fashioned catch up with some of our favourite, most positive and motivating ladies; Melissa Hemsley, Chessie King and Dr Zoe Williams, hosted by NEOM Founder Nicola Elliott.

2.45pm – 3.30pm: Founders panel with Desmond and Dempsey Founder, Molly Goddard, Form Nutrition Founder, Damian Soong and Maya Magal of Maya Magal London. They will be sharing their top tips on everything from starting a business to surviving a pandemic!

PART 3

Unwind & Let Your Hair Down – 4pm – 7pm

4pm – 4.45pm: “Get ready with me” with amazing make-up artist, author, blogger and all round beauty-queen Lisa Potter Dixon.

5pm – 5.45pm: Cocktail (and mocktail) making with botanical small batch distillery, Harrogate Tipple, who’ll show you the secrets to fine flavours to make the perfect G & T!

6pm – 7pm: 1 hr Live DJ set with THE coolest DJ’s we know, the Collyer Twins.
