Usually hosted in some of the most stunning corners of the globe (think sandy beaches of the Caribbean!) they have launched their very first UK retreat in partnership with The Falcon at Castle Ashby, Northamptonshire. This holistic wellness weekender will provide a safe and nurturing environment, perfect for those needing a reset and wanting to take the next step in their own journey to wellbeing. At a glance, you can expect expert-led movement classes, sound meditations, specially-created healthy menus all in the beautiful surroundings of The Falcon at Castle Ashby.

All clients will have a pre-retreat wellness consultation with founder Chrissy to ensure the team are helping them towards their individual goals and meeting any nutritional needs they may have. An ex-ballerina and having spent over 15 years developing her career as a yoga, pilates and barre specialist, Chrissy has built up a wealth of knowledge and connections with many top-of-their-game practitioners to bring you the most wellness-enhancing experiences on offer.

Each retreat hosted by Chrissy and her team are always focused on four pillars of health; mindful movement, rest and relaxation, nutrition and sleep. They are tailored to the needs of each individual who participates and they actively provide support pre, during and post-retreat to check in on progress and goals.

All the menus for the UK retreats at The Falcon have been created by nutritionist Clarissa Lenherr in consultation with award-winning chef, Russell Bateman. 

There are also optional add-ons such as massage therapy and 1-2-1 meditation sessions if you want to delve a bit deeper and, true to Silver Linings style, they actively encourage you to do a little digital detox while on retreat to help feel fully immersed in the experience.
