The Falcon in Castle Ashby has partnered with the renowned holistic wellness company, Silver Linings, to offer the first Silver Linings UK based retreats in January and November 2022.

These much-awaited retreats will include a curated mix of mediation, Pilates, yoga, sound bath, QiGong, massage therapy, guided nature walks and a bespoke healthy menu. The retreats are designed to be both relaxing and restorative so you can slow down and tune into the beautiful surroundings.

Silver Linings Retreats are committed to creating transformational experiences in magical places led by experts in wellness. This is their first UK retreat, and they are incredibly proud to be working with the team at The Falcon to create a unique holistic retreat experience in January.  

The Falcon is in the beautiful Castle Ashby estate, the ancestral home of Lord and Lady Northampton. This is a magical setting, and the hotel has been beautifully restored and has a fantastic staff, including chef Russell Bateman.
