I am so excited for Christmas this year as it’s the first one with my little baby boy Rollo and I am looking forward to starting a few new traditions with him. Being Swedish we celebrate on the evening of the 24th by getting all dressed up, drinking champagne and having a lovely supper of all our favourite things followed by lots of pressies.. my mum goes crazy on Christmas presents! When we were little one of the men in the family would sneak off to the bathroom and dress up in a beautiful old Santa suit and leave a sack of presents at the door and walk away with a lantern as we watched from the window in excitement. Rollo is the first grandchild in our family so I cannot wait to bring this tradition back and watch his little eyes light up.. but he might be a little young for it this year!
