Ingredients

1 Banana (Frozen)

1 tbsp Purple Balance’s Raw Omega

1tbsp Coconut Pal Sugar

1/2 tsp Cinnamon

1/4 tsp Cardamom

Pinch of Clove

400ml of your favourite dairy free mylk

Method

Blend….blend some more… and voila!
