Anybody engaged in the fitness world will have heard of the US’s favourite spin studio SoulCycle! Well, this year SoulCycle London is finally becoming a reality. If you’re not familiar with SoulCycle, it’s a mind-body-soul experience designed to make you feel amazing! The concept began in 2006 in New York and quickly became one of the most popular fitness hubs in the Big Apple, with A-listers such as Michelle Obama and the Beckham’s being regular visitors of the studio. Co-founders Elizabeth Cutler and Julie Rice describe SoulCycle as a cardio party, the fast-paced workout is led by super energetic instructors that keep you fully motivated throughout. Each class is in a dark candlelit room with lively music that will get your body buzzing. SoulCycle has created a community of like-minded people in their US studios which they will undoubtedly bring to London. Riders will build friendships, a positive mindset and improve their physical fitness each time they visit and you’re guaranteed to leave feeling a gazillion (is that even a number?) times better!

In addition to its first location on Great Marlborough Street in Soho, Soulcycle has also opened its doors in Notting Hill! They also plan on expanding to Chelsea soon so you will be able to get your cycling fix all over London.

The 4,500 square foot Notting Hill studio will feature a 60-bike studio and bring their unparalleled hospitality and community experience to the neighborhood. Located at 115a Portobello Road, the studio features include a beautiful skylight upon entry, a lounge, juice bar furnished by The Good Life Eatery, luxurious finishes, state of the art bathroom accessories, lavish grooming products, and ample showers.

The Chelsea studio, located at 224-226 King’s Road, also set to open later this year, will feature a 60-bike studio set across two floors and covering 5,000 square foot. This studio will have a large retail presence with a vast array of the brand’s apparel collection, Soul by SoulCycle.

The third additional studio set to open will be a bi-level, 4,000 square foot space off of Marylebone High Street in 2020.

Keep posted on the SoulCycle website for more information.
