Every year, the third Monday of January is dubbed ‘Blue Monday’ – the theory being a combination of January blues, post holidays lull, that final push to the end-of-month payday. So for the first time this year Substation are launching a one day ‘Feel Good Festival’.

Come to Substation for ½ price climbing + studio classes all day. If you’re already a member then bring a friend for free. All day they’ll be serving up free hot drinks; there will be snacks dotted all over the centre to keep energies up and a feel-good DJ on the decks from 5pm – close.

Additional amazing activities happening in the space include our incredible osteopath, who will be offering complimentary taster sessions, fun feel good classes including the dance gods At Your Beat Studio + a number of extra feel-good surprises.
