Ceremonial cacao is a heart-opening drink made from raw cacao beans – it is chocolate in its purest form and is historically renowned for its many health benefits that support physical and psychological well-being.

It gently but powerfully clears energetic blockages, and helps us to open and embrace our hearts. The cacao for this event will be beautifully complimented by a self love sound bath and meditation.

We will begin the session by silently setting our individual intentions for the ceremony. We will mindfully drink the Cacao, experiencing it’s warmth and presence in the body.

Followed by an immersive sound journey dedicated to raising vibrations and showing yourself the love you deserve. We are going to dive deep with a powerful sound journey, raising vibrations to the frequency of self love. Zehra will channel reiki through her sound bowls and infuse the room before you all arrive. We will close the space with oracle cards and a herbal tea.
