Form, Function, Fitness Oyogo Wellness Retreat

Join Oyogo for a weekend escape filled with high-performance sport techniques and form, breathwork training and recovery methods to drive your personal fitness journey forward. Our expertly curated schedule will involve a variety of high performance and deeply restorative breathwork sessions with trainer David Jackson. You will get to grips with exploring the effects of cold exposure with ex-Olympic Keri-anne Payne and learn best practice swim-techniques in the pool to help define your in-water skills. The weekend will give you an opportunity to get involved in high intensity fitness training sessions with master fitness trainer James Stirling to learn more about form and functional training and leave the weekend with new found skills and high performance goals.
Throughout your stay you’ll have access to the hotel, spa and 120 acres of the Pennyhill Park estate in Surrey’s countryside, to make your own. We encourage you to take a walk, relax in the spa and do what makes you feel good, whilst taking in everything you’ve learnt and experienced during the weekend.
