Join Run the Wild for an unforgettable alpine adventure, as they host two weekends of trail running and yoga in the stunning French Alps in 2024.

Based out of a 4* spa hotel in Chamonix and nestled at the base of the majestic Mont Blanc, the mountain provides an incredible backdrop for a weekend of running, yoga, exploration and relaxation.

Whether you’re hitting the trails for the first time or have experience of trail running, the trip caters to all. The trails wind through enchanting pine woods and along balcony paths, offering breathtaking views of Mont Blanc and the surrounding valley. With daily routes ranging from 13km-15km, participants will experience the valley’s beauty at its very best while gaining valuable trail running skills from Run the Wild’s experienced guides.

After a morning on the trails, runners will unwind and restore with daily yoga classes. Suitable for all levels, these sessions aim to compliment your running by focussing on releasing muscle tension, enhancing flexibility and building strength.

But it’s not all about the movement; Run the Wild embraces the local culture too. Each day features a checkpoint stocked with local and seasonal produce, and one special day includes a renowned cheese and wine tasting session, ensuring a true taste of the French Alps.

This adventure weekend is designed to strike a balance between exhilarating runs and relaxing moments. Each run lasts around three hours, while yoga sessions last approximately 50 minutes, leaving plenty of time for exploration. You’ll have the chance to wander through charming Chamonix, all while staying in a luxurious 4-star spa hotel. Access to a pool, sauna, and jacuzzi ensures you can unwind and soak in the stunning views after your mornings in the mountains.
