For Valentine’s Day, Core Collective will be offering a free online HIIT class to celebrate their brand new Coregasm Poké Bowl in collaboration with Poké the Bear.
For the month of February, Core Collective & Poké the Bear have teamed up to create a delicious, nutritious love child in the form of a colourful flavour explosion, the Coregasm Bowl. The Hawaiian health-focused brand was founded in 2020 by TV personality, Calum Best and hospitality mogul, Fraser Carruthers and burst onto the scene last summer.
This bowl was created exclusively by Core Collective’s Head Trainers: Paddy, India and Ria by including some of their go-to foods and combining them to hit your macros, achieve a great source of protein (vegan options available) and fuel you effectively for your fitness pursuits.
