Coal Office X Sweaty Betty Wellness Series
May 2 @ 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm
An event every week that begins at 6:30pm on Tuesday, repeating until May 30, 2023
Coal Office and Sweaty Betty are relaunching their wellness series that encourages us all to learn, move, build confidence, stretch and nourish in this unique food and wellness collaboration.
The sell-out events in February saw expert nutritionists, healers and fitness coaches come together under the stunning 19th century arches of the Coal Office restaurant for a 5-week schedule of events, curated by Sweaty Betty. Now, starting on 2nd May, this second season will welcome back popular workshops like nutritionist Georgie Murphy and choreographer Vivian Gabel as well as added new experts to the roster, such as Pranic healing therapist Pavitter Benning.
Priced at £20 per person, each participant will be treated to a 60 minute session from a specialist instructor, a Sweaty Betty goody bag and a £20 voucher to spend in-store. The renowned Coal Office restaurant will provide a drink after the class, plus a complimentary glass of bubbles or soft drink for any lunch or dinner reservation when quoting “CO X SB” upon booking.
Coal Office is renowned for its contemporary, inventive cuisine and family style sharing plates largely influenced by Middle Eastern, Mediterranean and Jerusalem traditions. Michelin-starred Israeli chef Assaf Granit and head chef Dan Pelles fuse influences from Jerusalem and London, while celebrating the very best produce from their sustainable suppliers.
The restaurant’s dining space and downstairs arches provide a unique location for this series with tables that look over the bustling Granary Square and Coal Drops Yard or on the counter seating, soaking up all the action of the talented chefs in the kitchen.
