Never did we think our homes would become our office, gym and social hub all rolled into one, but 2020 has been full of unexpected surprises! Virtual Zoom gathering we are quite happy to wave goodbye to, but online workouts have some serious plus points that we’re on board with. You can workout when it suits you, no travelling to and from the studio, it generally saves you a few quid and you don’t have to book in advance. Like many businesses evolving as a result of COVID-19, loads of fitness studios have created at-home virtual studios so their clients can still do their favourite classes from the comfort of their own living room. Below we’re sharing 8 new ways you can get a sweaty, feel-good workout at home.

FLY LDN offers yoga, Pilates, barre and low-impact training classes at a range of intensities and durations making the website easy to navigate your way through and find the class that is right for you.
