With a class, brunch and plenty of time to shop, it’s a wonderful opportunity to combine nutritious food and an energising workout with merry festivities.

Exclusive Shopping at NikeTown London

From mid December, Nike Women are offering a bespoke shopping experience, with a selection of looks tailored by the Nike performance team, available exclusively at NikeTown London. The perfect ‘gift to remember’ for family and friends (or treat yourself!), each woman who attends an appointment will receive a gift with purchase, including a tote bag monogrammed with their initials, a limited edition Birchbox and a yummy C Press juice.  Daylesford’s Belgravia Christmas Street Party, Saturday 5th- Sunday 6th December:

For a whole weekends worth of festive delights, join Daylesford Pimlico on Saturday 5th and Sunday 6th December and experience the magical winter wonderland that is the Belgravia Christmas Street Party. With Daylesford’s deliciously organic Christmas food to sample, live music, Christmassy entertainment, market stalls and even a visit from Father Christmas, there will definitely be something for everyone to enjoy!

The Beauty Soiree at Planet Organic, Wednesday 9th December:

Join Planet Organic on Tottenham Court Road for a night of colour, superfood cocktails and gorgeousness on Wednesday 9th December, from 5pm to 9.30pm. Explore the brands, pick up a Christmas present or two, and get pampered whilst you are there. The Little Ondine Nail Bar, Inika’s Make-Over Station, REN Skin Experts plus many more will all be on hand to give you some much needed pre-Christmas pampering. There will even be the chance to create your own seasonal body scrub with skinfood expert and The Naturalista blogger, Xochi. To top off an already fabulous experience, you’ll be walking away with an abundant beauty goodie bag to keep you looking radiant throughout the festive days to follow.

The Body and Bircher with Lottie Murphy and Naturally Ariana, Sunday 13th December:

Join Pilates instructor Lottie Murphy and food blogger and Liebes foods founder Naturally Ariana for a pre-Christmas Pilates sesh followed by a healthy brunch. Lottie’s class, designed to make you feel amazing in both body and mind whilst toning, stretching and improving posture, will keep you feeling incredible all Christmas long! Enjoy Ariana’s wheat, dairy, gluten and refined sugar free Bircher inspired muesli (especially perfect when you know you may be indulging in some not-so-healthy Christmas treats over the coming weeks) before you head off with goody bag in hand!

Ice Skating at Somerset House, 18th November – 10th January:

Perfect to help get you in the wintery Christmas spirit as well as a great way to sneak some fun fitness-boosting activity into your day! Whilst toning your glutes, thighs, and calf muscles, skating will also reduce stress levels at the same time as lifting your mood – something which may be more than welcome if the thought of all that Christmas shopping you have yet to complete is causing your Christmas spirit to fade. Snap up your tickets fast for the beautiful rink at Somerset House – they sell out every year!
