Coconut milk has become one of my at-home staples of creation. Some people go to lentils, grains, or pasta; I go to coconut milk. Whether serving as a foundation, mixer, or creamy enhancer, I love the versatility and fresh flavour that coconut milk offers so many dishes. When thinking of a chocolate milkshake, the first thing that comes to my mind is yes please, and the second thing to come to mind is ouch. Whether because of the brain freeze or the bellyache, we sometimes gain a whole lot of discomfort from our traditional milkshake friend. This version is friendlier on the belly and tastes super fresh and amazing. I hope you love it as much as I do.
