(Serves 2)
Ingredients
1 Cup Blueberries
1/2 Cup Raspberries
2 Tbsp Goji Berries
2 Tbsp Ground flaxseeds
1 Small Frozen Banana
2-3 tsp baobab powder
2 Cups Oat Milk (Can substitute with Almond or Rice Milk)
Method
Soak the Goji berriesfor 5-10 minutes in luke warm water until they become plump and juicy. Add all the ingredients to the blender and blend well until smooth and not pulpy (no one likes a chunky smoothie). Pour into your chosen glasses and feel free to top with a scatter of chia seeds, bee pollen or a handful of homemade granola or favourite muesli.
