Train like an athlete from the comfort of your own home with the Jennis app. Designed by Team GB Olympic champion, Jessica Ennis Hill, Jennis is the new fitness app born out of a desire from Jessica to share with the world the unique support and training she had as a professional athlete and Mum. The initial idea for the app was based around supporting pregnant women to exercise and keep fit during their pregnancy and post-natal journey. Jessica had the privilege of professional trainers during and after her first pregnancy as she was still competing, each step of the way she received expert advice explaining how to keep up her fitness safely. Throughout her second pregnancy as an ex-athlete, she realised how essential those tips that she was taught by the pros really were, this is when she realised how beneficial it would be to provide every woman with this information to help stay on top of their fitness during the early stages of motherhood. Additionally, the app also caters for women who aren’t pregnant as Jennis also gives you access to the workouts Jessica does on a daily basis. These workouts help you get the most out of your body in the shortest time, perfect for busy bee’s! The workouts are around 20 minutes and focus on targetting all areas of the body. Each exercise is expertly demonstrated by Jessica herself to ensure you are getting the most out of each exercise and avoid injuries.  Each month, new workouts are released as well as health and wellness tips from Jessica and her team of experts. With the Jennis app, you can really train how an ex-athlete trains!
