In this transformative workshop, you’ll combine the most celebrated elements of The Swan at Streatley – the country surrounding and the river Thames, alongside their trusted yoga partner, guest wellness guide and Wim Hof Instructor, to take you on a journey to enhance your physical & mental wellbeing.
The benefits of cold water exposure are well documented, here you’ll be gently guided to understand and experience this in a safe and nurturing environment, giving you the tools and, hopefully the incentive, to continue your own practice.

This workshop and lunch takes place in the riverside event space at The Swan at Streatley, a large peaceful space overlooking the River Thames. This workshop is the perfect immersive experience to enjoy alone or with a friend.
