The resort’s eleven on-site restaurants all feature incredibly delicious, healthy dishes. Choose from traditional Portuguese cuisine, chilled out poolside dining, Japanese gastronomy or even their 2 Michelin star restaurant if you’re feeling fancy. There is something to suit everyone’s tastebuds whether you need a protein-packed breaky after your morning workout or you feel like a freshly made green juice after an afternoon by the pool.
The Spa
In collaboration with Sisley, the Vila Vita Spa is a tranquil sanctuary where you can indulge in their extensive, unique treatments. Inspired by the nearby secluded caves of the Algarve, the interior of the spa has been elegantly designed to create a calm and peaceful atmosphere. Our top picks are The Phyto-Aromatic Hydrating Facial which will refresh and rehydrate your skin, The Zen Harmony Phyto-Aromatic Body Treatment which uses an aromatic Californian massage technique with added variations of intensity and scents and The Anti-Stress Ritual which focuses on the back, neck and shoulders using reflexology to eliminate any built-up tension. The programme includes at least one spa treatment per person.
