It’s December, a time for magic, reflection and for me personally, looking inward. Although December is arguably the busiest month of the year, I would urge everyone to find the quiet moments and lean into them, or carve out some if they don’t seem to be appearing naturally. This is the only time of year that for most of us, work slows and comes to a complete halt if you’re lucky, family and friends become the focus and that is what makes this time of year so special. So now is also the perfect time to work out wellness goals for next year and how you’re going to look after yourself even better than you did the year before. Here are the things that I will be relying upon to keep me well, sane and full of joy!
