For a sweet treat or a little afternoon pick-me-up, these Raspberry & Beetroot Energy Balls are my go-to when the munchies hit. Perfect alongside a cup of herbal tea!


1 cup of Raspberries (fresh or frozen)
1 cup Oats
8x Pitted Dates
1 tablespoon of smooth peanut/almond butter
1 tablespoon of beetroot powder


Soak the dates in water for 10 minutes until soft.

Add all ingredients into a food processor and blend until a thick batter forms.

Roll into equal size balls and chill for 20-30 minutes.
