The girls will be guiding you through cleansing breathwork, inviting you to set intentions for the year ahead with them, moving and flowing through a dynamic and invigorating practice before winding it right down into a series of restorative postures before yoga nidra, meditation and deep deep rest.

There will be a be break for warming drinks and healthy sweet treats, then the day will close with the most gorgeous candlelit sound experience with Goldierocks from IO Project.
