Take flight and experience the carefree joy & exhilaration of aerial yoga by the river.

Led by our resident Aerial Yoga Instructors from Grace & Gravity Studio, you will be taken through a series of relaxing yoga moves, gently supported by silks that allow you to see the world from a different perspective.

A fun, safe activity to do with friends or on your own. Experience of yoga is helpful but not essential. The session duration is 75 mins including warm up.

This event takes place in the hotel gardens, with views of the river. Wear comfortable yoga/gym kit and bring an extra layer for the warm up/cool down. In the event of wet weather, the event will be postponed and alternative dates offered.
