What better way to ease into summer than with a sun-soaked, wine-laden Mediterranean feast? A Radici Southern Italian mini supper club series of course.
For two very special evenings fellow Southern Italian Nina Parker will be collaborating with Francesco Mazzei in the kitchen to create a menu to transport you to those soporific summer scenes – you know the ones. Featuring on the menu, Southern Italian favourites such as deep fried zucchini flowers stuffed with lemon ricotta, puttanesca bruschetta, torta caprese…
Radici doesn’t get much more ‘roots’ than this – as Nina Parker started her young culinary career with Francesco in their days cooking together at L’Anima. Join us for thus special next step in Southern Italian culinary matrimony.

Nina Parker is a London based chef, writes and director of her own food company, ‘NINA’. She currently has two cookbooks (NINA St Tropez and Capri) which both pay homage to the region’s stunning scenery and mouthwatering cuisine. After working in London restaurants she now does private catering and counts Donatella Versace, Russell Brand and Stormzy among her clients. She has written content for publications such as Vogue and Conde Nast Travelle and create daily recipes, restaurant recommendation on her popular instagram @antoninaparker.
