Matcha & Beyond’s founder Olivia Nottin will kick off the Matcha Masterclass at 6.30pm sharp at the café located at 191 King’s Road, Chelsea. The evening will commence with Olivia introducing you to the history behind matcha, including its production in Japan, how it became the country’s national drink and of course the health benefits behind the drink. Olivia will then demonstrate the best way to prepare matcha and then guests will be able to try and create their own drink using a selection of differently graded matcha. The evening will include sweet matcha treats to try, and all guests will get 15% discount on matcha tea and tea ware and all purchases will get a free tote bag.
