Digme Fitness has announced the launch of Digme Retreats, as the premium fitness brand makes moves to cater to the rising demand for transformational wellness travel experiences and further cement itself within the lifestyle space. If you are looking to kickstart 2020 by booking yourself onto a fitness retreat, this is the one to book. If Digme’s high energy classes are anything to go by, this trip will be action-packed with challenging yet fun activities as well as some much needed chill time.
Launching in April 2020, the fitness retreats aim take the Digme experience outside and abroad for the first time with a focus on mirroring their core workouts and concepts. One on one coaching and workshops will also be available. Two Digme Retreats have been planned for 2020; Crete 17th – 24th April and Sicily 2nd – 9th October. The retreats are designed for anyone, from experienced Digme riders and retreat goers to beginners.
Lead by Digme’s Head Perform instructor Paul Gascoyne and wellness coach Hana Sediva the 7 day retreat will combine cycling, running, hiking, yoga, Gyrokinesis® and swimming in beautiful southern Crete. The schedule is designed so that attendees can do as many or as few activities as they like. Find the full schedule here.
Booking is now open for the April retreat in Crete. Booking for the second retreat in Sicily, Italy (2nd October – 9th October 2020) will follow a similar schedule and will open early 2020.
A TYPICAL DAY
7.30am – morning swim
8.15am – Gyrokinesis on the beach
9.00am – highly nutritious Cretan breakfast
10.15am – cycle with coffee and lunch break, returning around 3/5pm depending on the length of the ride
5.30pm – afternoon swim
6.00pm – restorative yoga/Gyrokinesis session to support your post-ride recovery.
7pm – group dinner in town with many amazing food options to choose from.
