CHRISTMAS RETURN POLICY

All items bought for Christmas have an extended return period – please ensure you email us at [email protected] and send back the item by the 9th January 2017 if you would like an exchange or refund.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Although we do our very best to deliver your order to you the day after you purchase, the postal system sometimes slows us down. Therefore, please allow up to 5 working days for your orders to reach you.

For UK special delivery, orders must be placed before 1pm to receive delivery on the next working day. Orders placed on a Friday before 1pm will be delivered on a Monday & orders placed on Friday after 1pm, on Saturday or on Sunday will be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

If you are ordering from abroad than this takes a little longer, so please be patient as your super stylish activewear could take up to three weeks to arrive with you. But we promise it will be worth the wait!

All our orders are tracked so if something hasn’t turned up on time drop us a line to [email protected] and someone will get in touch with you right away!

H&H RETURN POLICY

Our customers are the most important people in the world to us and it is essential that you are satisfied with your product, as such we handle each return query on an individual basis to the best of our ability. While we hope that you love what you buy, if you are not happy with your order, you have 14 days to return your items.

Should you wish to return any of your Hip & Healthy items, please ensure that:

  • the items are returned within 14 days of purchase
  • the goods have not been worn
  • tags must still be attached
  • product(s) must be returned in original condition, unworn and in original packaging

How do I get a refund or exchange?

  • Please email [email protected] letting us know what you are returning and why.
  • Send the clothes to the following address: Hip & Healthy,Goodwin House, 5 Union Court, Richmond, Surrey, TW91AA
  • You will then be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.

All successfully returned items will be credited to the account used to originally purchase the items. The original shipping charges will be refunded but we cannot reimburse you for your return shipping charges.
