Dr Sam’s Flawless Gossamer Tint SPF 50

It’s no secret I’m a Dr Sam’s skincare fan girl. It’s also no secret that she makes my hands-down favourite facial SPF. Answering the prayers of many, Dr Sam has released more shades to the Flawless Gossamer Tint range and I couldn’t be happier now summer is here. Usually a Tint 1, my (slightly) warmer skin tone is a perfect match for Tint 2 and it’s going to be my perfect beauty must-have for my trip to the Amalfi Coast.

H&M Shaping Swimsuit

You know when you find that ONE perfect bathing suit that trumps all bathing suits? Well, I’ve found mine! I don’t mind bikinis but I do love a one-piece more… I think they can be so flattering and chic if you find the right one. They don’t need to be boring or frumpy at all. This one from H&M is insanely comfortable, which is something I value highly on holiday when you’re wearing it all day, and it’s so flattering thanks to the ruched detail around the waste. It’s got the prettiest neckline which isn’t too revealing and sits nicely on the tooshie too! I bought the green striped colourway for my trip to the Maldives in december last year and I’ve just purchased the black because I couldn’t resist another, it’s that good!

Anna Jones X Detox Kitchen

Detox Kitchen’s latest range with renowned chef Anna Jones introduces six of her favourite plant-based dishes, including selections from her new cookbook, “Easy Wins.” This partnership, born from a long-standing relationship based on a mutual love for seasonal cooking and vegetable-centric meals, is now available nationwide through Detox Kitchen’s Fridge Fill menu, meal plans, and three-day resets. Both Jones and Detox Kitchen founder Lily share a deep concern for the food chain and the climate crisis, advocating a plant-heavy diet as a simple step towards planetary health. This collaboration aims to reawaken people’s connection with food, reflecting Jones’s philosophy of periodically resetting eating habits to reconnect with the joy and nourishment of mindful eating.

Ways To Feel More Human, a podcast by Susannah Taylor 

Susannah Taylor, a wellbeing writer with over 20 years of experience, has keenly observed the growing disconnect between our modern lifestyles and our true selves. Amidst soaring rates of obesity, anxiety, depression, and chronic illnesses, she highlights our diminished time in nature, constant hunched posture over laptops, perpetual snacking, and lack of sunlight exposure. As someone always on the lookout for delicious and nutritious products, I was thrilled to try The Coconut Collaborative’s new Protein Coconut & Almond yoghurt. Super thick and wonderfully creamy, this yoghurt delivers an indulgent texture that’s perfect for any time of day. Packed with 10 grams of protein per serving, it’s a fantastic addition to a breakfast bowl, a smoothie, or even as a luscious dip. I’m loving homemade Tzaziki at the moment so this will allow me to try out a plant-based version! Plus, being dairy-free, gluten-free, and suitable for vegans, it caters to a variety of dietary needs… great when you’re playing host and having to juggle food preferences. The live cultures add a probiotic boost, making it not just tasty but beneficial for gut health.

Form Performance Blend Chocolate Peanut

I’ve waxed lyrical about Form’s Superblend Protein but I recently tried their Performance blend in their Chocolate Peanut flavour and I’m totally hooked. I love Form’s ethos and their product formulas and this honestly has to be one of my favourite ways to start the day. The combo of frozen Blueberries, half a frozen banana, a dollop of peanut butter and two heaped scoops of performance blend, creates the dreamiest chocolate milkshake! So delicious and ticks the box for a healthy dose of morning protein… something that I think is so important for setting you up well for the day.
