May is a month full of bank holidays and with an extra one to boot for the coronation – what I’d love to do is to urge you all to use even just one of these bank holiday days to really look after yourself. This month, joy is the theme of my wellness must-haves. Do something you’ve been wanting to do for ages like take a boat down the river Thames or get away for a few days. Or even book dinner in a restaurant you’ve wanted to try or a movie you’ve been keen to see. So many times we put off what we want to do in favour of the things that we feel we have to do but life is all about balancing priorities – and sometimes that is doing something as boring as your tax return, but you also need to prioritise the good stuff, the fun things, the activities that bring joy. If you can’t get away then take yourself down to a flower stall and buy yourself a bunch, or just eat your lunch outside with grass in between your toes. Whatever you do, make sure it sparks a little (or a lot) of happiness. I promise you won’t regret it.

It works by using AHAs mandelic and lactic acids to regulate oil production and flush out blockages, allowing pores to shrink back to their natural size.
