Under The Same Sun Yoga Kit, £50

Designed with style and the environment in mind, this Swedish yoga-wear brand is creating waves here in London. With its unique colour palate and patterns, this effortlessly chic yoga get-up is the perfect gift for stylish yogis in the know that want to wear something that takes them from studio to shops with the throw on of a big knit or winter coat. We love.

Lucy Annabella Organics Muscle Quench Organic Bath Milk, £43

One of our favourite ways to follow a good yoga session is with this delicious bath milk in a nice hot bath. Totally relaxing, it is the perfect tonic to a busy day. We like to team ours with Classic FM and Lena Dunham’s “Not That Kind of Girl”.

Tara Stiles Make Your Own Rules Cookbook, £18.99

Queen of yoga and the one of the most wonderful human beings on the planet – just go to one of her classes and you’ll officially want to make her your best friend – Tara Stiles has recently launched her second healthy cookbook with Hay House. Favourite recipes include Coco-Chocolate Shake (yes that is double chocolate!!) and Tree-Pose Pouch (a tasty nut snack that is undeniably moreish).

Lily Wood Swell Bottle, £29.95

Even if you prefer your chilled-out restorative yoga to your sweat-inducing Ashtanga, it is essential that you sip water throughout. The Swell bottle is ideal for this and looks super stylish in your handbag. Plus it keeps hot things hot, cold things cold and is BPA free! We’re sold.

Yoga Design Lab Yoga Mat, £56

Every dedicated yogi needs their own mat. And it makes sense to have one that you are proud to roam the streets with… enter Yoga Design Lab. The brand began when hunky yoga-lover, Chad, sold all his belongings, packed a couple of bags and moved to Bali… wait… it gets cooler… In Bali Chad set about creating beautiful yoga mats that weren’t just functional – but they were eco-conscious (they are made of biodegradable  natural tree rubber and they gave back as well ($1 of every purchase made gets donated to charity). Give to the world, to people in need and to yourself.
