During this bank holiday one-day retreat, the time-honoured practices of yoga and story-telling combine beautifully to offer a nurturing environment where the body and mind can rejuvenate and find peaceful accord.

The morning presents a more dynamic breath-based yoga practice that relieves tension and creates spaciousness in the body. The afternoon includes restorative yoga where poses are supported and held for longer periods of time. Throughout the day, storyteller Sarah Deco will share stories that support the focus of the day and lead contemplations that provide insight and food for thought. The day culminates in meditation.
