If you’re struggling to decide on what to get a loved one (especially if they’re the Hip & Healthy type who already have a closet full of activewear) this Christmas, struggle no more! With the big day just around the corner, we thought it was about time to share with you a few of our favourite wish lists direct from the Hip & Healthy team. First up, our Digital Content & Community Editor Zsa Zsa Vella shares her top 5…

  1. Yoga Design Lab Yoga Mat

When it comes to yoga mats, I’ve always looked to functionality before design, as whilst there are an array of yoga mats out there with the most beautiful prints and patterns, from my experience they can often be slippery and unstable. Lo and behold Yoga Design Lab Yoga Mats. Fusing the absolute best in functionality with the coolest designs out there – Yoga Design Lab mats have been carefully and consciously (they are eco-friendly!) created to reduce slipping and even the need to bring a towel thanks to their all-in-one matt/towel design. We are obsessed with their Combo Mat in Dreamscape – check it out!

  1. S’WELL Bottle

Here at Hip & Healthy HQ, not a single day goes by without some sort of mention of our SWELL obsession. If your loved one is yet to become acquainted with these gorgeous water bottles, Christmas is the perfect time to make that introduction. Hand painted and beautifully crafted, S’WELL Bottle’s are BPA Free, keep drinks cool for up to 24 hours and keep hot drinks hot for up to 12, making them a great handbag addition for busy girls on the go. High up on my wish list are two of the latest styles to land on H&H – Lily Wood and Santorini Sunset.

  1. Vitamix

After years of relying on less fancy alternatives, this year I decided it would be the year that I finally invested in a Vitamix (or rather, made it number one on every single one of my Christmas wish lists in the hope a generous family member/boyfriend would be so kind to bring one into my life). Being the best blender on the market, the Vitamix comes with a hefty price tag, however, it is well worth the investment. With the strength to blend up a jar of almond butter and the creamiest soups and smoothies in seconds, a Vitamix really would be the answer to all my less fancy blender woes (family members take note – I promise to provide you with a lifetime supply of energy balls.)

  1. Lucas Hugh Leggings

A leggings lovers dream – Lucas Hugh’s Nordica Leggings are the ultimate gift for active babes. Featuring one of the most beautiful prints I’ve ever laid my eyes on (seriously guys, the print on these leggings are a work of art), paired with the metallic gold details and compression fabric which sculpts and defines the thighs and rear – these leggings embody everything we look for in a pair of leggings. As chic as they are functional, if your loved one is a fan of the athleisure trend, rest assured that this look will take them from yoga to brunch with friends in effortless style.

  1. The Collective Hub 2016 Diary

In a world that is very much based on screens, whilst it may be old school to some, I like to make sure that I keep a portion of my documented life in print. Whilst some may think it’s inconvenient to lug around a diary and notebook in a bag already full to the brim with workout gear, snacks and all that’s in between, there’s just something still so special to me about writing something down, especially when it’s an important date or meeting. The Collective Hub’s 2016 diary is not only a beautiful piece of stationary to have on hand, but is full of motivational quotes and space to scribble, write, draw and create whenever inspiration hits!
