Although they are known for their expertise coming directly into your living room, Founder Chrissy Sundt actually started the Silver Linings brand running guru-guided retreats in the Bahamas to provide clients with a truly enriching and enlightening week, that also sent you home looking and feeling the best version of yourself. However, it became apparent that not everyone could give up a whole week to travel abroad and on top of that not everyone had the cash to do it either, so Chrissy set out to create a one-day retreat, here in the UK that includes many of the elements of her longer breaks but packs it all into one day. The result? A proper one-day break with some of the best wellbeing experts in the UK that will not only help you to unlock a calmer, happier (and fitter) you but also will teach you things you can long use after your time with Silver Linings.

A lovingly restored country hotel set in the heart of the 10,500-acre Castle Ashby estate in rural Northamptonshire. The Falcon offers a haven for those in need of calm, rest and renewal.

Chrissy is a classical Pilates Yoga and Barre instructor with a deep passion for movement and holistic forms of exercise. She has been teaching for over 15years and combines her teaching with her ongoing work as a choreographer.
A long career in glossy magazines, including a stint as editor-in-chief of Marie Claire Health & Beauty, led to Catherine’s discovery of meditation and yoga as a way to maximise physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
Registered Nutritional Therapist & Nutritionist
Sophia is a registered nutritional therapist and nutritionist specialising in functional and lifestyle medicine approach. She works with the chefs to create the meals and supports and guides clients to feel empowered to embrace a healthy and sustainable way of living that restores balance and healing.
Lisa Franklin is a highly regarded, award-winning skincare expert, product developer and nutritionist. At her private clinic in Knightsbridge, London, Lisa and her team have built up a stellar reputation for providing results-focused skincare with the highest level of service and aftercare using some of the most scientifically advanced treatments and products.
