Why: Say goodbye to restrictive health club membership, Digme fitness has no contracts; your commitment is simply down to you. Plus, Cowshed products in the showers! Who can resist?

Evolve Fitness Studio
What: Just last week Evolve fitness studio in London opened catering for exercise junkies who are living within and around southeast London. As well as holding numerous indoor cycling classes each day, the studio also offers a range of other high impact exercise classes.

Why: The studio boosts state of the art indoor cycling facilities and combines a tough work out with having fun at the same time, with classes being taken by qualified and experienced instructors.

“Ride 2 Rebel”
What: A bunch of new exercise buses known as ‘Ride 2 Rebel’ produced by 1Rebel are going to be launching in London later this year.

Why: However tempting it might be to go back to sleep when that alarm goes off, now you could be forced to work out by doing a spin class on your commute to work, killing two birds with one stone.

Where: The buses will travel from four pick-up points all over London including; High street Kensington, Stratford, Clapham Common and Angel (Islington).

Xtend Barre
What: Xtend Barre London is opening up a new studio! Hooray! Offering an amplified version of Pilates and dance, these sweat-inducing classes aim to strengthen and lengthen the body.
