January has a way of amplifying everything. The noise, the opinions, the constant commentary on how we should be living. A quick scroll on Instagram delivers a new morning routine, a new supplement stack and a new way to ‘optimise’ ourselves before the kettle’s even boiled. It’s well-meaning, of course – but it can also feel exhausting.
Because while many of us do want to begin the year feeling healthier, calmer and more balanced, what we’re often really craving is guidance. Rather than blanket rules or prescriptive plans, we want something more personal. More human. Which is why Wild Nutrition’s new pop-up at Liberty London feels so timely.
For the first time, the department store has partnered with a wellness brand to transform its iconic Atrium into an immersive space dedicated to women’s health. Titled Rooted in Wellness, the installation is designed to “nourish women from the root up, restoring energy, clarity and inner strength” – a sentiment that feels particularly resonant right now.
Stepping in from Regent Street’s rush, the Atrium opens out into a towering, earth-toned installation, framed by dried grasses and natural textures. It’s a grounding space that offers a moment of calm in the middle of the city, and for that reason alone – it’s well worth a visit.
Why this pop-up is different
In a wellness space that can often feel crowded and contradictory, what sets Rooted in Wellness apart is its focus on personalised support. Wild Nutrition has spent over a decade specialising in women’s health, and that experience is embedded in the way this pop-up is designed.
The brand formulates its supplements using its Food-Grown method, where nutrients are grown on live yeast cultures, making them easier for the body to recognise and absorb. But beyond the science, it’s the emphasis on conversation that stands out.
At Liberty, visitors can book complimentary one-to-one consultations with registered nutritional therapists – something the brand has long offered online but is now bringing into a physical space. Head of Nutrition Isabelle Nunn explains that they speak to a wide spectrum of women, from those preparing to conceive to busy mothers, and what often surprises them is how much comes out once the conversation starts – worries, lifestyle habits, long supplement lists.
The sessions may only last 15 minutes, but they’re designed to offer a starting point and provide tailored guidance in a landscape that often feels overwhelming.
What’s on
Running from 8th January to 8th February, Rooted in Wellness takes over Liberty’s Atrium and Beauty Hall with a curated programme of events and experiences centred around modern women’s wellbeing.
Sophia Thakur – Live Performance
Wednesday 14th January, 4.30pm
Award-winning spoken-word artist Sophia Thakur debuted Wild Women, a piece created exclusively with Wild Nutrition, alongside two new songs. The free 30-minute performance took place in Liberty’s Atrium (via the flower entrance) and set the tone for the month’s programming. While the date has passed, it’s worth noting that Sophia is performing at The Royal Albert Hall in February and you can book tickets (£15) here.
Your 2026 intentions, in poetry
Saturday 17th, Sunday 18th & Saturday 24th January
Poet Beth from The Poetry Machine will transform your intentions for the year ahead into a bespoke poem, typed live on her vintage typewriter. Every poem is printed on seeded paper so you can take it home to frame, keep it close for reflection or plant it and watch it bloom. You can book your slot here. Booking essential as spaces are limited.
Complimentary nutritional consultations
Every Wednesday & Thursday, 8th January – 5th February
Wild Nutrition’s therapists will be on hand to offer free 15-minute consultations, covering everything from premenstrual health to post menopause, as well as concerns including hair loss, energy, mood and weight management. Book your free consultation here.
Oh, and be quick as the first 30 bookings receive a complimentary goody bag on attendance.
Why it’s worth a visit
Not only is it an escape from the hustle and bustle of central London, it’s also a chance to explore Wild Nutrition’s full, award-winning range in person – from long-time bestsellers like Collagen 500 Plus and Food-Grown Magnesium to newer launches you may be curious about. Whether you’re restocking favourites or finally trying something you’ve had your eye on, it’s a great way to discover what works for you.
Another incentive to go is that when you purchase any two products, you’ll receive a complimentary Immune Support supplement – a welcome boost in the middle of winter. But perhaps the loveliest takeaway is a personalised poem capturing your intentions for 2026, just remember to book ahead as slots are limited.
