We caught up with model and Made In Chelsea star, Heloise Agostinelli, to get an insight into her life behind the camera. There’s no denying her passion for all things wellbeing and living a healthy lifestyle. On a mission to complete her naturopathic medicine diploma, she shares her health habits with us!

My de-stress tool

“It has to be a warm bath with essential oils and bath salts, a few scented candles and diving into a good book!”

My guilty pleasure

“Probably any type of fried food – I used to tell myself not to eat anything fried, but then I realised that a healthy balance is what makes me happy.

My desert island beauty product

“Any products from Nuxe, or Kora Organic – Kora Organic’s turmeric face mask is amazing for my skin, as it helps with inflammation, which I sometimes suffer with after a stressful day/week!”

My non-negotiable health habit

“First thing every morning, I drink herbal tea, or hot water with lemon just to settle my tummy and start my day right!”

My evening ritual

“I make sure to take time for my evening skincare regime which helps to wind me down – I cleanse, tone and moisturise, and I sometimes add in an evening serum depending on how my skin’s feeling. I delete my social media apps before bed – this is really important to me so I can really switch off – and read a good book. Meditation and grateful thinking for 5-10 minutes before I fall asleep is key. ”

My favourite workout right now

“Spinning or Barre class (amazing for the glutes!)

My biggest health extravagance

“Probably my gym club membership at KX – but I justify that by thinking it’s an investment in my health and life! ”

My greatest achievement

“Getting into CNM to study Naturopathic Medicine – I’m so grateful to be able to study everything to do with nutrition, biology and health. It’s so interesting to me, and is helping me on a day to day basis to lead a balanced and organic life.”

My goals for 2019

“Too many to list – but my main goal is to keep learning through my degree, and sharing what I’m learning with my followers! I’m also planning a very exciting YouTube project this summer, which will hopefully bring this knowledge to life a bit more and make this way of living accessible to everyone. ”
