Full of antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and all round goodness, we’re sharing with you three of our favourite recipes to help you go green for good this month!
Saskia’s Green Juice recipe is full to the brim with all kinds of green leafage and detoxifying properties! We love the added flavour of apples to give the flavour a subtle sweetness and this one is a definitely great hangover cure!
Ingredients – Serves 2
2 Apples
1 Cucumber
2 Handfuls of Broccoli Florets
4 Stalks Celery
2 Handfuls of kale
Juice 1/2 Lemon
A knob of Ginger
Method – Put everything in a juicer and enjoy! (We will!)
Maddy’s Best Green Juice Recipe is simplistic, delicious and super easy to make. We love the tang from the lemon and the freshness of the celery really comes through. Enjoy this immune boosting juice as a pick-me-up afternoon snack!
