It’s day five of our healthy habits challenge with Inner Me, and we are feeling full of energy and even healthier than we did before! Today, we all about the green juice – Oh hail the green juice! Full of antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and all round goodness, we’re sharing with you three of our favourite recipes to help you go green for good this month!

Naturally Sassy

Saskia’s Green Juice recipe is full to the brim with all kinds of green leafage and detoxifying properties! We love the added flavour of apples to give the flavour a subtle sweetness and this one is a definitely great hangover cure!

Ingredients – Serves 2

2 Apples

1 Cucumber

2 Handfuls of Broccoli Florets

4 Stalks Celery

2 Handfuls of kale

Juice 1/2 Lemon

A knob of Ginger

Method – Put everything in a juicer and enjoy! (We will!)

Madeleine Shaw

Maddy’s Best Green Juice Recipe is simplistic, delicious and super easy to make. We love the tang from the lemon and the freshness of the celery really comes through. Enjoy this immune boosting juice as a pick-me-up afternoon snack!

Ingredients

3 Celery Stalks

1/2 Cucumber

1 Pear

1 Lemon

2cm of Fresh Root Ginger

Directions

Simply juice, stir and enjoy!

Hip & Healthy

Our Jolly Green Giant Juice (Well it’s really a smoothie but who cares right?), is packed with plant-based goodness and contains skin superhero, avocado! For a nourishing post workout snack, this recipe will certainly hit the spot!

Ingredients:

 1/2 large avocado

1 pear

2 cups spinach

1/3 cup coconut water

1 tbsp hemp protein powder

1 tbsp chia seeds

Method: (you guessed it) Blend!
