Visit the newly opened Food Store for a healthy cultural lunch

Food Store has just opened in Irving Street, Soho offering worldwide culinary flavours. The casual dining cafe, deli and juice bar provides premium produce and a strong focus on healthy offerings. Sister to The Salusbury Food Store, they bring the same chilled atmosphere and awesome food! Food Store is open from 8am on weekdays and 9am on the weekend. Whether it’s a long lunch or a bite to go you’re looking for, Food Store offers it all and brings a range of cultures to the menu. The menu is changes daily but you can expect their signature ‘Breakfast Brioche Bun’ with smoked salmon, egg white and avocado smash or crispy bacon and goats cheese! For lunch they regularly serve Carribean Salmon Fillet with mixed peppers, Moroccan Lamb Tagine or Gnocchi with Beef, broccoli and parmesan. They also offer tasty fresh juices! This is definitely one to try out if you want food with an international influence in a healthy, wholesome style.

Post-Weekend Frame Workout at the New Pop-Up at Albion Clerkenwell

Come Monday, we’re sure you could all do with a good, hard workout! Check out Frame’s 6-week long pop-up, downstairs at Albion Clerkenwell. From the 13th of March until the 30th of April Frame will be offering their signature classes, Frame Barre, Beyonce Barre, Beyonce Dance, Ass & Abs, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Hip Hop Yoga and Anti-Desk Yoga plus special events to come. All classes are just £10 or £8 for Frame Card holders and free for Members! The timetable is available online and you must book before, no drop in’s!
