Three things you are wearing on repeat this summer?
Comfortable sandals, a nice oversized linen shirt, and really cool sunglasses. (Below options all from M&S).

Describe your kitchen in three words.
Happy place. Calming. Family hub.
Favourite coffee spot in London?
Home. We use beans from Shot — their house blend is delicious. My husband even travels across London to get them
Best restaurant you’ve been to recently?
Two, actually. Our local Italian, Portobello Pizzeria — and Bar De Pres (below), which is a French-Japanese fusion restaurant. Super consistent, delicious food.

What is your favourite cookbook?
I have an old Swedish cookbook I’ve had since I was 15, it’s called the Rutiga Kokboken, the Checkered Cookbook. It’s well worn. You can find literally anything in there and most Swedish households would have one.
What is your comfort food?
Pasta. A really nice bowl of pasta with lots of parmesan. If you really feel like something starchy and cosy, that’s it.
Go-to healthy snack?
My homemade fibre cookies. I make them four or five times a week — milled flaxseeds, chia seeds, loads of different nuts, olive oil. They’re fibre-rich and genuinely good for you.
Dream dinner party guests — let’s go with three.
Martha Stewart. Emma Grede. And Astrid Lindgren, the Swedish author who wrote Pippi Longstocking. A women-only table. I love it.
Favourite Swedish food everyone should try?
Swedish meatballs. Easy. 100%.
Sweet or savoury for life?
Savoury. Every time.
Early bird or night owl?
Early bird, definitely. I’m up at around 5.45am.
Are you a meal planner or an open-the-fridge-and-see kind of person?
An improviser, completely. Opening the fridge and seeing what’s in there is a challenge for me — I love it. I always have the right building blocks so I can whip something up quickly. I’d never survive on Masterchef but it’s basically that energy.
