Lockdown, for many of us, has indeed given us a bit more time throughout the day. Even if you’ve been working from home doing the same hours as you normally would, with no commute to worry about, that in itself, will have given you more time to play with in the mornings and evenings.
We don’t know about you, but we’ve been cooking so much more lately. There’s something really calming about taking your time in the kitchen, not having to rush around to throw a quick breakfast together because you’ll be late for work or scrambling together a makeshift dinner because you seriously CBA… Right now, there’s no time pressure and that provides a great opportunity to spend a bit more time perhaps trying a new recipe or cooking something that you would never have had time to before.
