Introducing YOXMAN; a Michelin Star one of a kind dining experience at Wilderness Reserve in Suffolk, hosted by three of the UK’s top chefs, who amass four Michelin stars between them. The three day culinary festival will run from 19th – 22nd May and will serve up a menu of exceptional food, drinks and entertainment. Set against a backdrop of the stunning English countryside, luxury accommodation will include an arrangement of private cottages, barns and farmhouses in amongst the 8,000-acre remote estate that is Wilderness Reserve. Chefs cooking at this year’s event include Michel Roux, Angela Hartnett MBE, and José Pizarro.

Attendees can expect a full itinerary of culinary wizardry and good old fashioned fun throughout the weekend. The YOXMAN ticket will include an array of special culinary experiences, live music, lakeside dining, wild swimming in the lakes, a live Q&A and a chance to mingle with the chefs. Complimentary fine wines and champagne will be served throughout the three days. Guests can also enjoy a range of award-winning handcrafted single malt Scotch whisky from lead sponsor, The Balvenie. What’s more, Bamford practitioners will be hosting a series of yoga and sound healing classes designed to relax, restore and nurture guests’ wellbeing across the weekend. For those in need of extra indulgence, Bamford’s holistic spa treatments can be booked at an additional cost.  Throughout the weekend guests will travel in style across the Wilderness Reserve courtesy of BMW. illy, will be serving its unique and sustainable 100% Arabica blend coffee throughout the weekend, delighting diners at each meal experience and in-room.  Leading the finest coffee culture and a pioneer of sustainability within the hospitality industry, illy has long championed exceptional gastronomy. On Saturday, illy will host three masterclasses for guests to learn how to make the perfect espresso martini – illy coffee having been an ingredient in the very first London original.

Angela Hartnett MBE is one of the UK’s most loved chefs and restaurateurs, known for her sophisticated yet simple, Italy-inspired cooking. Born in Britain, her passion for good, honest food and the best ingredients was instilled in her by her Italian grandmother and mother. YOXMAN is honoured to have her and her team at Wilderness Reserve.

Michel Le Roux from Le Gavroche – Saturday 20 May, 8pm

José Pizarro from José Pizarro Restaurants – Sunday 21 May, 12pm

Originally from a beautiful village, Talaván in Cáceres, Extremadura, José has now lived in London for over 20 years and is often described as the Godfather of Spanish cooking in the UK. He spent his early years training in the top restaurants in Spain, before becoming Head Chef at a Michelin Star restaurant. After José landed on UK soil he spent his time working at some of London’s most prestigious Spanish restaurants including Eyre Brothers, Brindisa and Gaudi. His list of awards runs a few pages deep so we will let his cooking do the talking. See you in the woods.
