United Heroes has teamed up with The Zen Project to bring stress awareness to employees throughout the UK in celebration of Stress Awareness Month with an out-of-the-ordinary experience: the Stress-Buster Tour. A school bus converted to welcome employees and help them disconnect from the outside during a zen session.

From April 26th till April 28th, employees based at several business parks will have a chance to re-balance their minds for 11 minutes with a guided zen zession inside a converted school bus. Visitors may choose from various activities, from breathwork to guided meditation, to reset their senses in a comfortable environment. With 60% of UK adults negatively impacted by COVID, businesses must adapt and implement an adequate professional environment in order for employees to develop themselves and create bonds with their co-workers.

As an inclusive digital program around mental and physical wellbeing, United Heroes helps keep employees motivated, active, and connected. Whilst the Zen Project supports companies in making all things zen accessible to their staff by offering a unique physical experience. The first edition of the Stress Buster Tour will take place at Chiswick Park on the 26th, and Stockley Park on the 27th. More locations to come so stay tuned!
