With a completely immersive experience in the world of luxury skincare and all-natural beauty, the programme includes a curated beauty masterclass led by Tata Harper herself, alongside a series of meditation practices and mindful experiences guided by the resort’s team of spiritual healers.

Mornings kick off with a garden-to-plate breakfast, followed by afternoons of wellness and beauty experiences, including a Mindful Multisensory Experience – a group session for stimulating and activating the senses and curiosity with a meditative sound bath, aromatherapy, breathwork, vocal sounds, and inspiring movements to release stress, tension, and negative energy. One&Only Mandarina’s inhouse spiritual experts will also guide participants through an Alchemical Breathwork meditation class, leading guests to breathe and move their bodies through a range of pranayama practices to see patterns and manipulate things in each individual’s favour, finding spaces of silence between where information is revealed in the mindless, meditative state. Tata Harper’s beauty masterclass, set within the resort’s ultimate accommodation, Villa One, will also feature a signature Healthy Glow facial. Crafted to deliver a flawless looking complexion, this facial instantly reveals a more luminous looking skin with a smooth, even texture.

Participants will additionally indulge in a custom 60-minute spa treatment at One&Only Spa, a peaceful sanctuary where one can retreat, reset, and completely transform, inspired by a principle of ‘oneness’ with nature and self. The exclusive Wellness Weekend will also feature cocktails at The Treetop, the resort’s picturesque bar, showcasing sweeping views of the sunset setting over the ocean beyond, as well as an intimate curated wellness dinner, each hosted by Tata Harper.
