This Sober October, Uncommon, the flexible workspaces renowned for their focus on sustainability and wellbeing, have teamed up with The Pickle House to host a seasonal masterclass to help consumers through the last alcohol-free push of the month.

Taking place on the 25th October, guests will learn about the benefits of pickle juice; a wellness trend widely recognised for its numerous health benefits and create their own sustainable powered serves using The Pickle House’s signature products.

Born from the passion for a more conscious lifestyle, the masterclass will take place at Uncommon’s Liverpool Street location, in the stunning space adorned with green plants and foliage, hosted by The Pickle House founder, Florence Cherrault.

The evening will begin with an introduction to the brand, including how pickle juice is made to give an insight into the positive effects that it can have on the body. This will be followed by the opportunity to make three refreshing drinks with a Pickle House twist. The masterclass will feature a morning shot boost, a revitalising juice and a non-alcoholic cocktail as an alternative to a late night tipple.

With Sober October almost at an end, the masterclass aims to teach guests that alcohol alternatives can be enjoyable and packed with health benefits, including increased hydration, easing of muscle cramps and better weight management, as well as enjoying the anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties of the liquid.

Taking six months to make, The Pickle House’s juices are created using a unique fermentation process,  which cuts down on food waste and becomes a long-lasting vegan product with a smooth, elegant umami flavour.
