Time for some much-needed TLC and a little help looking after your mind and body as Women for Women International hosts its first ever #SheInpsiresMe Wellness online festival. A full day of inspiring talks, workshops and strength-building workouts with A-list figures in the world of health, fitness and wellbeing. Kindly supported by imayla beauty, #SheInpsiresMe Wellness aims to leave you feeling strong, inspired, re-energised and resilient.
Women for Women International has curated the very best health, well-being, and fitness experts to create exclusive content for you from a superstar team of supporters including Alex Eagle, AllBright, Chloe Brotheridge, Emma Obayuvana, Michael James Wong Style Me Sunday and Zeena Shah, together with Women for Women International Ambassadors Alex Eagle, Jasmine Hemsley and Niomi Smart. All donating their time and expertise for free, to help you through these challenging times and raise funds for Women for Women International. All proceeds from ticket sales go to the charity which supports women survivors of war, helping women in some of the world’s most dangerous places find inspiration and strength as they rebuild their lives.
Standard tickets are £35, or VIP are tickets available for £45. VIP ticket holders will receive a goodie bag with treats generously donated by Papier, The Nue Co. and GLØD. Plus they will be entered into a prize draw to win an annual membership to Stylist Strong Women Training Club.

The pool of experts will teach you how to channel energy positively, empower minds, boost confidence and build physical fitness through exercise. From dance workouts and Pilates to strength-based weight training, everyone should leave these sessions with a smile and a spring in their step.
