This Pride Month, mindset led experiential fitness brand ROWBOTS will be throwing a #SwitchOnLove Ball to celebrate and support the LGBTQ+ community. The event will be held at ROWBOTS City on Saturday 26th June at 11am, 10am and 12pm, and all proceeds will go to UK based charities Mermaids and Stonewall.

The #SwitchOnLove Ball will consist of 3 special edition Balance Classes, led by ROWBOTS trainers Matteo and Nickol. There will be one 90 minute class that will include 30 minutes of mobility, 30 minutes of rower/floor intervals and a 30 minute mindset & meditation session, led by special guest and meditation expert, CK. In addition to this, there will be two 50-minute classes including 10 minutes mobility, 30 minutes signature #SwitchOn Row and Floor and 10 mins mindfulness and cool down.
