Mama’s Wellness Series continues with our Yoga + Brunch session with Naomi Annand, author and experienced Yoga instructor.
Join Mama for a yoga class on Saturday 17th July where Naomi will take you through a compassionate, mindful vinyasa yoga session. This class will be flowing and dynamic with a focus on therapeutics so the benefits linger beyond the session. All levels welcome.
Following the class, join us for brunch in our zen like Garden Bar. Naomi will give a little talk and introduce you to her book ‘Yoga: A manual for life’.
