Following the huge success of their Monte-Carlo festival in 2019, wellness festival In Your Element is bringing its first UK event to Eccleston Yards in London Victoria on 2^nd October 2022.

Packed with classes, workshops and talks this one-day event will bring together some of the best experts in the business including Chinese medicine practitioner and expert in holistic living Katie Brindle, beauty journalist and author Alice Hart-Davis and Entrepreneur Jo Fairley plus premium fitness studios Barry’s, Psycle and Ten Health and Fitness.

Taking place at Belgravia’s little oasis, Eccleston Yards courtyard, a stone’s throw from Victoria Station, this event is dedicated to women’s health and wellbeing and nourishing, mind, body and soul. Visitors can choose from sound baths and mindful art classes to facial yoga and self-esteem and image workshops and so much more.

Other highlights include ‘master your menopause’ workshop with Katie Brindle; ‘how to train and nourish your body through menopause’ with Kate Rowe-Han, ‘an introduction to tweakments’ with beauty expert Alice Hart-Davis; ‘improve your sense of smell’ with founder of The Perfume Society Jo Fairley and ‘how to beat fatigue both mentally and physically’ with performance coach Ruben Tabares. Visitors will also have the opportunity to meet the experts throughout the day for 1-2-1 advice.

AIR: Afternoon classes will be a mix of workshops, classes, yoga, breathwork and mediations
