Join TwelveThree on the 31st of October for a Halloween shadow boxing* class set to be a thriller! This 30 minutes class will have you chasing your shadow to a pumping soundtrack and a couple of trick or treats too. A whole new meaning to deadlifts and zombie walks.
Enjoy a free Halloween inspired active charcoal smoothie at the end of the class.
*Shadow boxing is a non-contact training exercise used in boxing to perfect technique, try new combos and get the heart pumping!
