Digme Fitness is hosting a month of level two workshops perfect for those who wish to take their yoga practice to the next level.
FOREARM STAND (PINCHA) WORKSHOP • SKILL LEVEL 2
SUNDAY 7th NOVEMBER – 12.30-2.30PM
Sarah will work with you on building the strength and flexibility to transition in and out of Forearm stand with ease. So much of going upside down is psychological. Sarah will not only work on building your physical strength and helping you create a powerful foundation, she will help develop the inner-strength and self-belief to get you upside down with confidence.
INVERSIONS & UNUSUAL ASANAS • SKILL LEVEL 2
SATURDAY 20TH NOVEMBER 1-3PM
This workshop is all about the journey, whether you’re a new or experienced Yogi. The delight in gaining mastery of inversions and unusual postures is that there are so many variations to explore. The thrill of the acrobatic nature of the postures, and the peace attained through balancing both require skill and physical intelligence. This workshop is perfect for those who want to take their practice to the next level and are open to discover clever and alternative techniques to get there.
FINDING FLIGHT – A HANDSTAND WORKSHOP • SKILL LEVEL 2
SATURDAY 27TH NOVEMBER 1-3PM
Are you ready to finally get your free handstand? Do you struggle with the fear of getting upside-down and jumping up in the middle of a room? Want to improve your hang-time or simply start your journey to finding flight? Whether you’re new to handstands or you’ve been practicing them a while, you’ll leave this workshop a step closer to getting upside-down efficiently and effectively.
